alkatrazz cf2c8ecc81 feat(hermes-auto-improve): remplacer API urllib par gh CLI pour les PR 
Plus besoin de GITHUB_TOKEN dans le vault ni dans le service systemd.
gh auth login root une seule fois sur s01 suffit.
