alkatrazz dca71144d6 docs(admin): add ops documentation and fix hermes dashboard service 
- Remove admin/ from .gitignore (repo is now private)
- Add --tui flag to hermes-dashboard.service template
- Document hermes-tui wrapper, dashboard access, TUI usage
