alkatrazz 674684f32d fix(forgejo): autoriser l'auto-provisioning OIDC (DISABLE_REGISTRATION=false) 
DISABLE_REGISTRATION=true bloquait aussi la création de compte via Authentik
("inscriptions désactivées"). Passage à false + ALLOW_ONLY_EXTERNAL_REGISTRATION=true :
formulaire local masqué, compte créé uniquement au 1er login OIDC.
